9winz Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the 9winz platform and its users ("you" or "member"). These Terms apply to all services, games, bonuses, and other benefits provided through 9winz.

9winz is an entertainment-based online gaming platform that provides casino games, sports betting, live casino, slots, fishing games, and lottery services for users in Bangladesh. By accessing the platform, you are considered to have fully accepted the following terms and conditions.

These Terms are written in English and this is the legally authoritative version. 9winz reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform after updated Terms are published will be considered acceptance of the new Terms.

The following eligibility requirements must be met to create an account and use services on 9winz:

• You must be at least 21 years old.
• You do not reside in a jurisdiction where online gaming is explicitly prohibited.
• You are not on any self-exclusion list and your account has never been permanently closed.
• You are operating the account in your own name and for yourself.
• You are participating in gaming knowingly and voluntarily.

9winz may request certificates or documents for age and identity verification at any time. Failure to provide the required information may result in temporary account suspension. 9winz reserves the right to permanently close an account and cancel any pending transactions if false information is provided.

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual may create only one account. Operating multiple accounts by the same person is strictly prohibited. If detected, all associated accounts will be immediately closed and deposited funds may be forfeited.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. If any information changes, the member is required to notify the 9winz support team immediately. Providing false or misleading information is a direct violation of these Terms.

3.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. If you suspect unauthorized access or a security breach, notify 9winz immediately at [email protected]. You are responsible for all activities carried out from your account.

4.1 Deposit Methods & Limits

9winz currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and other major banks). The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 for each method.

4.2 Withdrawal Methods & Timeframes

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Withdrawals will be completed via the same method used for the deposit.

4.3 Transaction Verification

9winz reserves the right to carry out additional verification for unusual transactions. Any transaction suspected of fraud or money laundering may be suspended or cancelled. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).

4.4 Refund Policy

Funds already used in gaming activities are generally non-refundable. Amounts incorrectly deducted due to technical errors will be refunded after review. Refund claims must be submitted to support within 72 hours.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,000; depositing ৳32,000 or more gives the maximum bonus of ৳15,000, making the total balance ৳47,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20x, calculated on the bonus amount only (not on the deposit plus bonus). Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 20 = a total of ৳20,000 in bets must be completed before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each member may claim a bonus offer only once.
• Wagering requirements must be completed before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Attempting to claim bonuses from multiple accounts will result in bonus forfeiture.
• 9winz reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Bonus balance cannot be transferred to another account before being converted to cash balance.

5.4 VIP Program

The 9winz VIP program has three tiers: Bronze (up to 0.3% weekly cashback), Silver (up to 0.7% weekly cashback), and Gold (up to 1.0% weekly cashback). Members can advance to higher tiers based on regular activity and engagement on the platform.

Each game on 9winz is governed by specific rules. Game-specific rules can be found on the relevant game's page. The following general rules apply to all games:

• If a technical issue occurs during gaming, 9winz reserves the right to cancel or restart the game round.
• Any winnings resulting from a software error will not be considered valid and 9winz may cancel them.
• Game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG) or a live dealer, and there is no possibility of manipulation.
• In the event of a system error or dispute, 9winz's final decision is binding.
• Gaming activity history is stored on 9winz's servers, and server records are final in resolving any disputes.

The following activities are strictly prohibited and, if detected, will result in permanent account closure:

• Claiming bonus benefits using multiple accounts ("bonus abuse")
• Using any form of hacking, computer software, bots, or automation tools in games
• Money laundering or using funds obtained from illegal sources
• Deceiving other members or gaining an unfair advantage over them
• Intentionally exploiting platform vulnerabilities or bugs
• Operating an account on behalf of a third party
• Misconduct or making threats toward 9winz staff

9winz is obligated to provide information to the relevant authorities if evidence of illegal activity is found.

8.1 Closure by 9winz

9winz reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms
• Suspicion of fraudulent or deceptive activity
• Failure to verify age or identity
• Account inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months)

8.2 Closure by Member

You may request account closure at any time by emailing [email protected]. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw your balance before the account is closed; however, any bonus funds will be forfeited if wagering requirements have not been met.

9winz bears no responsibility in the following cases:

• If a game session is interrupted due to loss of internet connection or technical issues
• If loss occurs due to a problem with the member's own device or network
• If there is a defect in a third-party game provider's software
• If service is interrupted due to unforeseen or unavoidable circumstances (force majeure)
• If direct or indirect financial loss results from gaming

Online gaming carries financial risk. 9winz ensures fair play and transparent gaming, but does not guarantee winnings. Only play with funds whose loss would not have a serious impact on your financial situation.

12.3 Entire Agreement

These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and game-specific rules together form the entire agreement between 9winz and the member. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain fully in effect.
